how to fix windows cannot connect to printer error in windows 10

 

go to computer where usb printer connected

now go to run menu

type   regedit

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print

now create DWORD 32-BIT VALUE

RENAME NEW CREATED FILE

RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled

MODIFY (RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled)

CHANGE TO ( 0 ) IF ( 1)

SAVE

NOW GO TO RUN MENU

TYPE SERVICES.MSC

PRINT SPOOLER SERVICE - RESTART THIS SERVICE

NOW CHEK AND TRY  INSTALLED PRINTER -  👍👍
